摘要
以石英晶体微天平为检测平台,采用无机金属氧化物为敏感材料检测染毒气流中的HCN;通过设计搭建实验装置,控制进气中的湿度,检测水蒸气对QCM传感器检测信号的干扰,并得出结论。
The thesis took the quartz crystal microbalance as the detection platform, and used inorganicmetal oxide sensitive materials exposed to airflow in the detection of HCN. Through the design and establishment of the experimental device to control the humidity in the air intake, we detected the water vapor on the QCM sensor detection signal interference, and came to the conclusion.
