基于“四化”联动的创新人才培养

Study on the Talent-cultivating Based on Four Factors

科技创新是提高社会生产力和综合国力的战略支撑,而创新人才是科技创新的关键因素之一。国家创新驱动发展战略,迫切需要高校充分发挥人才第一资源的优势,积极探索创新人才培养机制。本文针对创新人才培养的现存问题,依托西安电子科技大学通信工程学院,提出了基于"四化联动"的创新人才培养方案,形成不断提升学生的创新精神和创新能力的育人模式,明确了个性化、国际化、导师化、多元化的拔尖创新人才培养思路。经过探索与实践,创新人才培养效果显著。

Scientific and technological innovation is the strategic force for improving social productive forces and comprehensive national strength,and innovative talents is one of the key factors of scientific and technological innovation.The national strategy of innovation-driven development urgently requires colleges and universities to give full play to their talent resources and actively explore innovative personnel training mechanism.Based on the existing problems in cultivating innovative talents and the case of the School of Communication Engineering of Xidian University,this paper proposes an innovative training program based on the four factors and formed an education model which continuously improves students＇ innovative spirit and innovative ability.It has determined the cultivating idea of being personalized,international,supervisor-oriented and diversified.After years of exploration and practice,the effect of innovative talents cultivating is remarkable.
