基于耕地质量指数空间自相关的耕地保护分区——以贵州省荔波县为例

Protection Zoning of Arable Land Quality Index Based on Spatial Autocorrelation——A Case Study of Libo County

耕地质量是衡量粮食生产的重要指标。本研究以荔波县为例,首先分析了耕地的数量和质量的现状,并以耕地质量自然等、利用等和经济等等级指数为变量进行空间相关性分析,最终提出耕地保护分区方案。结果表明:全局来看,荔波县耕地自然等、利用等和经济等在空间上均表现为正相关,且I_(ZRDZS)>I_(LYDZS)>I_(JJDZS)。局部来看,耕地质量大部分表现为非显著性,空间正相关类型(HH型和LL型)多以"组团"形式出现,聚集性较强,而负相关类型无明显集中的区域,呈零星分布。根据耕地的三大属性分析结果和实际情况,提出农业结构调整区域、土地整治重点区域、永久农业建设区域和非农建设理想区域4类分区,以期能够为以后荔波县耕地的持久保护提供参考。

Cultivated land quality is an important indicator of grain production. This study takes Libo County as an example. Firstly,the quantity and quality of cultivated land are analyzed. Then spatial correlation analysis was carried out with cultivated land quality which include natural, utilization and economic grade. Finally, On the ba-sis of it, we put forward the protection zoning of arable land. The main results of the study were as follows： in global view, the fertility of cultivated land in Libo County is positively correlated with the economy and IZRDZS＆gt;ILYDZS＆gt;IJJDZS. In partial view, the quality of cultivated land was mostly non-significant, and the spatial positive correlation type （ HH type and LL type） which was strongly aggregation appeared in the form of ＆quot;group＆quot;. While the negative correlation type had no obvious concentration and was sporadic distribution. Finally, according to the analysis of the three major attributes and actual situation of cultivated land, the paper puts forward four types of regional districts, such as agricultural structural adjustment area, land remediation key area, permanent agricul-tural construction area and non-agricultural construction ideal area. The reasults can provide protection cultivated land in Libo County reference in the future.
