冠心病患者介入治疗前后血清CGRP、HMGB1变化及其与支架内再狭窄的关系 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨冠心病患者介入治疗术前后血清降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)和高迁移率族蛋白(HMG)B1水平的变化及与支架内再狭窄(ISR)的关系。方法选择经冠状动脉造影(CAG)检查确诊并行经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗的冠心病患者196例,依据诊断分为稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组66例、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组95例和急性心肌梗死(AMI)组35例,平均年龄(60.47±10.36)岁。分别检测手术前后血清CGRP和HMGB1浓度。依据再次入院复查CAG,分析血清CGRP和HMGB1浓度与ISR发生的关系。结果血清学检查显示,患者术前CGRP水平为(57.44±6.34)ng/L,术后为(65.48±7.16)ng/L;术前HMGB1水平为(105.47±11.91)μg/L,术后为(128.57±12.71)μg/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且术后水平变化随疾病严重程度呈现增加趋势。对150例患者随访发现,16例发生ISR。ISR组CGRP、HMGB1水平均高于非ISR组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ISR者血清CGRP和HMGB1术后浓度较术前有所升高,对临床上预测ISR发生具有一定参考价值。
