浅谈病例讨论在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的作用

住院医师规范化培训是每一位年轻医师进入临床的必经阶段,是临床思维形成和基本技能锻炼的重要时期。将病例讨论这种传统的教学模式进行改良,运用于妇产科住院医师培养中,可有效提高住院医师的业务水平和心理素质。异位妊娠是妇科常见急诊。文章以一例初步诊断为"异位妊娠",但最后诊断为"卵巢畸胎瘤合并异位妊娠"的病例讨论为例,分析病例讨论在妇产科住院医师学习中的重要性。

Standardized training of resident doctors is the necessary stage for clinical skills learning, it＇s an important period of the establishing for clinical thinking and skills. Case discussion is a traditional teaching mode, it can efficiently improve clinical skills and psychological quality for resident doctor training after appropriate improving. Ectopic pregnancy is a common emergency. The paper will show a case that primary diagnosed is ＂ectopic pregnancy＂ but final is ＂teratoma of ovary is concomitant with ectopic pregnancy＂ in order to set out the importanse of case discussion for the resident doctor training.
