摘要
目的探讨"互联网+"时代下提高住院医师临床工作能力和提升医患沟通能力的新型教学模式。方法 (1)有效利用《核医学》网络教学平台,住院医师在课余时间随时登录网络教学平台,观看优秀教师的教学视频,复习试题,最主要的是住院医师可通过互动平台随时对学习内容进行梳理和总结;(2)创建核医学微信公众号,住院医师利用手机的微信资源,在核医学微信平台上可以随时提出问题和求解难题,也可以通过关注微信平台,了解核医学发展前沿、核医学辐射防护知识及典型病例分享等;(3)杏仁医生的住院医师规范化培训应用,杏仁医生是一个医患沟通及患者随访的软件,让住院医师进入科室版块,可以随时浏览和观看老师和患者之间的沟通和互动,随时随地看到真枪实战的医学沟通过程。结果在"互联网+"时代下,充分利用了"核医学网络教学平台"和"核医学微信公众号"这两大互联网资源,又不偏离核医学理论和实践教学这二大主线,从而培养住院医师自主学习兴趣,多管齐下,提高住院医师培训效果;将杏仁医生这一医患沟通软件应用于教学中,使住院医师时刻观看处在医患沟通的实战中,既见识了疾病的诊断过程,又学习了医患沟通方法,从而提高住院医师核医学认知的宽度和深度,同时也培养了医患沟通的能力。结论通过以上三种方法的应用,提高了住院医师临床实际工作能力和医患沟通能力。
Objective To explore the new teaching mode to improve the clinical working ability and enhance the ability of doctor-patient communication in "Internet plus" era. Methods First, with the effective use of "nuclear medicine" network teaching platform, the resident could log on the network teaching platform in the spare time, watch the teaching video of excellent teachers and review the questions, most importantly, the residents could use the interactive platform to sort out and summarize the learning content; second, a nuclear medicine WeChat public number was created, the residents could use the mobile phone to ask questions and solve problems, understand the development of nuclear medicine and frontier knowledge of radiation protection and share typical cases; third, the application of almond doctor, which is a doctor-patient communication and patient follow-up software, for standardized training of residents, the residents could communicate and interact between teachers and patients, see the real combat of medical communication process whenever and wherever possible. Results In the "Intemet plus" era, making full use of the "nuclear medicine network teaching platform" and "nuclear medicine WeChat public number", the two major Intemet resources, and does not deviate fi'om the main nuclear medicine theory and practice teaching, so as to cultivate the independent learning interest of the residents, and to improve the effect of the training of the residents. Almond doctor, which is a doctor-patient communication software, is applied in teaching, make the resident watch the actual situation of doctor-patient communication at all times, understand the diagnostic process of disease, and learn the method of doctor-patient communication, so as to improve the breadth and depth of the cognition of nuclear medicine, and also to cultivate the ability of doctor-patient communication. Conclusion Through the application of the three methods, the ability of clinical practice and communication between doctors and patients can be improved obviously.
