翻转课堂教学法在临床医学专业本科生肝胆外科见习教学中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨翻转课堂教学法(flipped classroom)在肝胆外科教学中的应用效果。方法选择广西医科大学2014级本科临床医学专业学生36名作为研究对象。其中,实验组18名学生采用翻转课堂教学法进行教学;对照组18名学生采用传统教学法进行教学。结果实验组学生出科考试成绩的平均总分为(88.7±3.04)分,对照组为(81.9±2.01)分,两组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过问卷调查发现实验组学生在临床实践动手能力、临床思维能力、理论联系临床能力等方面优于对照组学生,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂教学法在肝胆外科临床见习教学中可行性强,可以显著提高学生专业理论水平及临床实践能力。 Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom teaching model in hepatobiliary surgery teaching. Methods 36 students of grade 2014 undergraduate clinical medicine in Guangxi Medical University. were selected as the research objects. Among them, 18 students in experimental group were taught by flipped classroom; 18 students in the control group were taught by the lxaditional teaching method. Results The average score of experimental group was (88.7±3.04) points, which was significantly higher than that of control group (81.9±2.01) points, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The results of questionnaire survey showed that the students' ability of experimental group in clinical practice, clinical thinking ability, and clinical practice relevance, were significantly better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The feasibility of flipped classroom in hepatobiliary surgery teaching is strong. It can improve students' theoretical level and clinical practice ability, The popularization and application of flipped classroom teaching model is worthy for improving the teaching effect.
