摘要
目的应用Nd∶YAP治疗牙本质过敏症,以期提供一种疗效相对长期且稳定的治疗方法。方法选择诊断为"牙本质过敏"的患牙60颗,采用视觉模拟量表分值(VAS)记录临床症状。应用Nd∶YAP激光治疗,并进行术后即刻、术后1周和术后1个月临床复查。结果术后即刻VAS自评结果平均为(1.03±0.36)分,术后1周为(1.13±0.36)分,术后即刻和术后1周平均VAS自评结果相比,差异无统计学意义(t=1.457,P=0.148);术后1个月有4例患牙临床检查患者的VAS自评评分为(2.36±0.36)分。结论 Nd∶YAP激光用于牙本质过敏症治疗可有效消除临床症状,并可维持较长期效果。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Nd ： YAP in the treatment of dentine hypersensitivity in order to provide a relatively long-term and stable treatment. Methods 60 teeth diagnosed with dentin hypersensitivity were selected and the clinical symptoms were recorded by visual analogue scale （VAS）. The patients were treated with Nd ： YAP laser and were reexamined immediately after operation, （1.13±0.36） points 1 week after operation and a month after operation. Results The results of VAS self evaluation were （1.03±0.36） points at immediate post operation. 1 week after operation. There was no significant difference （t=1.457, P=0. 148） compared with the mean VAS self-evaluation results immediately after the operation and 1 week after the operation. 1 month after the operation, 4 patients with dental clinical examination had VAS score of （2.36±0.36） points. Conclusion Nd ： YAP laser can effectively eliminate the clinical symptoms of dentine hypersensitivity and maintain long-term effect.
