丙酸睾酮运用于高强度聚焦超声治疗多发性子宫肌瘤患者效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of the Application of Testosterone Propionate in High Intensity Focused Ultrasound in the Treatment of Patients With Multiple Uterine Fibroids

目的探讨丙酸睾酮在高强度聚焦超声治疗多发性子宫肌瘤患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的多发性子宫肌瘤患者102例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。对照组用高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗,观察组在此基础上,加用丙酸睾酮,对比两组患者的疗效。结果治疗前,比较两组患者Hb、E_2、P、FSH、LH参数水平,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组、对照组患者的Hb、E_2、P、FSH、LH参数均较同组治疗前有明显改善,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组Hb、E_2、P、FSH、LH参数均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙酸睾酮用于高强度聚焦超声治疗多发性子宫肌瘤效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of testosterone propionate in the treatment of multiple uterine fibroids with high intensity focused ultrasound. Methods 102 patients with multiple uterine fibroids were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU）. The test group was treated withtestosterone propionate. Results Before treatment, the parameters of Hb, E2, P, FSH and LH were compared between the two groups, and the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, the parameters of Hb, E2, P, FSH and LH in the observation group and the control group were significantly improved compared with those in the same group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the parameters of Hb, E2, P, FSH and LH in the observation group were all better than those in the qontrol group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of testosterone propionate in high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of multiple uterine fibroids has significant effect.
