摘要
目的观察综合护理干预措施在ICU呼吸重症患者呼吸机撤机中的应用效果。方法选择我院2014年8月—2017年7月收治的ICU呼吸重症患者104例作为研究对象。将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各52例。对照组采取常规护理措施,研究组在对照组的基础上,实施综合护理干预措施,比较两组的一次撤机成功率、撤机时间、并发症发生情况以及护理满意率。结果研究组一次撤机成功率、护理满意度高于对照组,撤机时间、并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预措施可提高ICU呼吸重症患者撤机成功率,减少并发症发生率,提高护理满意率。
Objective To observe the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on ventilator weaning in patients with severe respiratory syndrome in ICU. Methods A total of 104 patients with severe respiratory diseases in ICU in our hospital from August 2014 to July 2017 were selected as study objects and they were randomly divided into study group and control group, 52 cases in each group. The control group received the routine nursing, on the basis, the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention measures, one time weaning success rate, weaning time, complication rate, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The one time weaning success rate and nursing satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the weaning time and complication rate were significantly lower in the study group than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conelusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the weaning success rate of ICU patients with severe respiratory syndrome, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
