优质护理在脑梗死护理中的应用观察

Application of High Quality Nursing in the Nursing of Cerebral Infarction

目的分析优质护理在脑梗死护理中的应用效果。方法选取2014年3月—2017年3月我科收治脑梗死患者88例作为研究对象。将其随机分为两组,每组各44例患者。对照组实施基础护理,观察组实施优质护理,评定两组患者的护理结果。结果治疗后,观察组患者的NIHSS评分为(86.30±2.15)分,Barthel指数为(89.81±3.61)分,Fugl-Meyer评分为(88.42±3.69)分。对照组患者的NIHSS评分为(66.19±6.50)分,Barthel指数为(70.01±3.63)分,Fugl-Meyer评分为(67.52±5.11)分,组间数据对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予脑梗死患者优质护理能促使神经功能改善,提高生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing in cerebral infarction nursing. Methods 88 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups, 44 patients in each group. The control group was given basic nursing, the observation group was given high quality nursing, and the nursing results of the two groups were evaluated. Results After treatment, the NIHSS score of the observation group was （86.30±2.15） points, the Barthel index was （89.81±3.61） points, and the Fugl-Meyer score was （88.42±3.69） points. The NIHSS score of the control group was （66.19±6.50） points, the Barthel index was （70.01±3.63） points, and the Fugl-Meyer score was （67.52±5.11） points, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing care of patients with cerebral infarction can improve the nerve function and improve the quality of life.
