护理标识在消毒供应中心安全管理中应用的效果观察

The Effect of Nursing Logo Applied in Safety Management of Sterile Supply Center

目的探讨分析护理标识在消毒供应中心安全管理工作中的应用效果。方法选择我院2014年2月—2017年2月消毒供应中心32名工作人员作为研究对象。2014年2月—2015年2月应用实施护理标识前作为对照组,2016年2月—2017年2月实施护理标识后作为观察组,对两组工作各抽检36次,比较两组的工作质量、工作人员的理论成绩及实践能力。结果观察组灭菌、洗涤、发放及包装工作合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组理论成绩和实践能力评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应中心安全管理中实施护理标识,不但提高了工作质量,而且促进了工作人员的理论成绩及实践能力。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing logo in the safety management of sterile supply center. Methods 32 staff of sterile supply center from February 2014 to February 2017 in our hospital were selected. From February 2014 to February 2015 before the application of nursing logo, the staff was selected as the control group, from February 2016 to February 2017 after the implementation of nursing logo, the staff were selected as the observation group. Sampling 36 times of each group, the quality of work, the theoretical achievements and practical ability of staff were compared between the two groups. Results The qualification rates of sterilization, washing, distribution and packaging work in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Theoretical results and practical ability scores in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of nursing logo in the safety management of the sterile supply center not only improves the quality of work, but also promotes the theoretical achievements and practical ability of the staff.
