摘要
城市滨河路工程项目具有建设周期长、施工环境复杂、工程参与方多以及对社会环境影响大等特点,涉及的风险因素较多。为了能够有效地进行城市滨河路项目的风险评价,从进度风险、质量风险、成本风险和安全风险四个方面建立了滨河路工程项目施工阶段风险评价指标体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)对某一具体工程项目进行了风险评价。结果表明,建立的评价指标体系和层次分析法可以有效地进行滨河路工程项目施工风险评价。
The urban riverside road engineering project has the characteristics of long construction period,complex construction environment, many engineering participants and large social environment influence,and has more risk factors. Able to effectively carry out the risk evaluation of urban riverside road projects,the risk evaluation index system of riverside road engineering construction period is established from four aspects of schedule risk, quality risk, cost risk and safety risk. The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is used to carry out the risk evaluation of an engineering project. The result shows that the established evaluation index system and AHP can effectively carry out the risk evaluation of riverside road engineering construction.
