摘要
以一个大跨度钢结构人行天桥工程为实际案例,并进行详细介绍了桥梁拼装施工及成桥后卸载施工阶段监控的技术重点和实施方法。采用大型有限元软件ABAQUS进行桥梁变形模拟计算,通过施工时的浇筑过程的控制以及结构标高调整来获得预先设计的应力状态和几何线形,并在施工中对桥梁结构进行实时监测,根据监测结果对施工过程中的控制参数进行修正。当计算模型与实际监测结果相吻合后,再用计算模型来指导后续的施工。
Taking a long-span steel structural pedestrian overpass as the practical example, the article introduces the technological gist and implementation method of the monitoring of bridge assemble construction and unloading construction stage after completion in detail. The large-sized finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate and calculate the deformation of bridge. The control of pouring process and the adjustment of structural elevation during construction can achieve the pre-designed stress state and geometric alignment. The bridge structure is monitored in real time during the construction. The monitoring result can correct the control parameters of construction process. After the result of calculation model is correspond to the practical monitoring result, the calculation model can be used to guide the following construction. The relative experience can be referred for the construction monitoring of the similar projects.
