摘要
针对大跨桥梁健康监测的测试精度问题,基于实际工程中不同类型拉索的动力特性进行参数分析,采用数值计算作为不同类型拉索测试的动力分析方法,采用Lab VIEW作为开发平台,配合NI(美国国家仪器公司)相应的数据采集模块,构建一套可应用于现场快速完整测试的测试系统。系统内容主要包含数据信号处理(采样信息、滤波设置、测试构件所需参数)、数据信号(时域、频域、索力)显示及存储、频率索力关系修正,经数值拉索模型验证,完全满足工程测试精度要求。
Aiming at the measuring accuracy of long-span bridge health monitoring, and based on the factor analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the different types of cables in practical engineering, using the numerical calculation as the dynamic analysis method of the different types of cable test and the Lab VIEW as the development platform, and using NI(National Instruments) corresponding data acquisition module, a set of test system able to be used for the on-site rapid complete test is built. The system contents mainly include data signal processing(sampling information, filter setting, parameters required for test components), data signal(time domain, frequency domain, cable force) display and storage, and frequency cable force relationship correction. The validation of numerical cable model shows that it fully meets the engineering test accuracy requirements.
