摘要 为适应轻量化的同时保证产品结构的强度要求,臂体横梁采用钢板折弯成槽型件后拼焊而成。通过改进焊接工艺方法及焊接工艺参数,实现矩形截面梁单面焊双面成形,并经过100%X射线探伤检测,一次交验合格率达100%。 In order to adapt to the structure's requirement of light-weight and strength, the steel plate is bent to groove part and then welded to the rectangular section beam. By improving the welding technology and welding parameters, the one side welding with back formation is achieved for the rectangular section beam. And the 100% X ray flaw detection showed that the passing rate of one time inspection reached 100%.
