光纤线缆逻辑通路检测仪器的软件系统设计

摘要 设计了一种可快速检测光纤类线缆逻辑导通顺序的检测仪器,首先进行了仪器电控系统的整体设计,并简单介绍了仪器的硬件系统和主要电控器件选型。着重设计了软件部分,自主设计的软件可协调单轴机器人、工业相机、I/O板卡、环形光源等进行手动或者自动运行。目前应用于生产线过程产品检测,该仪器集成度高,功能齐全,有良好的人机交互功能以及数据保存功能,满足了生产线快速检测的需求。设计是基于视觉技术检测光纤线缆光路的逻辑导通顺序,仪器操作简便、检测快速稳定。 This paper designs a rapid detecting optical fiber cable instrument through the way of sequential logic, first has carried on the overall design of instrument control system, and introduces the hardware system of the instrument and the main control part selection. This paper focuses on the design of the software, which can be used for manual or automatic operation coordination with single axis robot, industrial camera, I/O board, and ring light. The instrument can be currently used in the detection process of production line products with the high degree of integration, complete functions, a good human-computer interaction and data storage function, to meet the demand for rapid detection of the production line. The instrument designed in this paper is based on the vision technology for the detection of optical fiber cable logical order with simple operation, fast detection and stability.
