《韩非子·初见秦篇》作者新议

A New Interpretation of the Author of The First Interview with the King of Ch'in in Han Fei Tzu

《韩非子》第一篇《初见秦》是否为韩非所做,这一问题历来受到学者的关注。考察史籍当中所记载的白起的思想,并梳理了白起在秦国各场战争中的经历,认为白起与《初见秦》的作者思想、经历相同,由此推测《初见秦》的作者应为白起。《初见秦》中提及的战争不仅都与白起有着直接或间接的关系,而且其集中力量攻灭一国和反对攻打赵国的主张也与史籍白起的主张相同。

The controversial issue whether The First Interview with the King of Ch'in( Chapter Ⅰ in Han Fei Tzu) is written by Han Fei has aroused much concern in the academic field.Through the detailed study on the thought and war experience of Bai Qi,it is thought that Bai Qi has the same thought and experience as the author,so it is inferred that Bai Qi is the author of The First Interview with the King of Ch'in.The war in Chapter Ⅰ is directly or indirectly related to Bai Qi,and the thought of conquering a state with complete military force and the opposition to attacking the State of Zhao correspond with Bai Qi's proposition.
