摘要 人为因素对弹簧式安全阀在线校验结果的准确性有很大影响,而且易导致人为的介质泄漏,存在安全性差的问题。根据当前安全阀在线校验技术特点及依据,结合安全阀在线校验原理和在线校验装置,首次引入油缸预估油压公式,对液压油缸所需压力进行预估计算,利用计算的油缸预估油压辅助校验人员安全地进行在线校验操作,并结合安全阀开启压力公式,以此来高精度地测定安全阀开启压力。理论上,为弹簧式安全阀在线校验技术研究提供依据;实际校验时,保障安全阀在线校验人员的人身安全,具有很高的实用价值。 There is great influence of human factors on the accuracy of spring type safety valve online verification results,but also easily lead to leakage of medium man-made,poor safety problems. According to the current situation of safety valve on-line calibration technology characteristics and technical basis,combined with the safety valve online verification principle and online verification device,first introduced cylinder hydraulic prediction formula to estimate the pressure required for the hydraulic cylinder,the hydraulic cylinder is calculated by estimating auxiliary checking personnel safety online check operation,and combined with the safety valve opening pressure the formula,in order to accurately determine the opening pressure of safety valve. The academic,provides a theoretical basis for the spring type safety valve on-line calibration technology research. The actual verification,the security check personnel safety valve online personal safety,has very high practical value.
