试论张仲景《伤寒杂病论》中方剂的“大”与“小”

Expound the “big or small” feature of traditional Chinese prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Disease written by ZHANG Zhong-jing

《伤寒杂病论》被后世誉为"众方之祖",所载方剂被尊为"经方"。张仲景在《伤寒杂病论》中创制的方剂,皆用药精当,配伍严谨,疗效可靠。其中,很多方剂名称相同而仅有大小之分,文章试从病机、主证、治法、方药、用量等方面阐述《伤寒杂病论》中方剂的"大、小"之别,并阐明张仲景此为的深意,深入体会张仲景辨证论治和组方用药思想,旨在提高临床思辨能力,开拓治疗思路,以期更好的指导临床实践。

Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Disease is recognised as ＂the founder of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine＂, the prescriptions made by ZHANG Zhong-jing is considered to be accurate and effective. Many prescriptions have the same name with the only difference in size. Expounding the ＂big or small＂ feature of traditional Chinese prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Disease is mainly from the causes,symtoms, therapies, medicine and dosage these five aspects. Learning the treatment according to syndrome differentiation and prescription-organising thoughts deeply, so that we can improve clinical ability of thinking,expand our thoughts to better guide the clinical practice.
