现代学徒制是当前我国职业教育改革与发展的热点,具有跨界整合职业教育资源、促进校企深度合作的功能,对深化中高职内涵衔接、提升中高职衔接人才培养质量具有积极意义。通过行业企业调研,职业岗位确认,典型工作任务定位,职业能力点分析,最终构建出以能力为核心分层培养的现代学徒制课程体系,以期为"双元育人,工学交替"的人才培养模式奠定了坚实的基础。

The modern apprenticeship training mode is a focus of vocational education reform and development in our country and plays a significant role in integrating vocational education resources, promoting the deep school-enterprise cooperation, deepening the connection between secondary and higher vocational colleges and enhancing talent cultivation quality in secondary and higher vocational colleges. Through research of the industry and enterprises, occupation post confirmation, task positioning, and occupation ability anal-ysis, a competency-based hierarchical training curriculum system for modern apprenticeship is ultimately built in order to lay a solid foundation for the talent cultivation mode of “ dual education,alternation of study and work”.
