警察类院校法理学课程建设研究

Research on the Course Construction of Jurisprudence in Police Colleges

法理学课程是警察院校法学课程中的重要组成部分,对于警察院校法学专业教育、对学生的法治素养培养、对法学课程体系的完善都有着重要的意义。目前,警察院校在法理学课程的设置方面存在着警察特色不明显等一些问题,导致警察院校法理学课程在教学目的与效果之间存在一定的差距。通过对法理学课程设置存在的问题进行分析,以法理学课程建设为基点,打造和完善符合警察院校发展需要的法理学课程。

Jurisprudence is a key component of legal courses in police colleges, playing a significant role in legal eudaction of po-lice colleges, the cultivation of students’ legal quality and the improvement of legal course system. At present, there are some problems in the course of jurisprudence in police colleges, such as the police characteristics are not obvious, which leads to a gap between the teaching purpose and the effect of the jurisprudence course in police colleges. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the course setting of jurisprudence, and the construction of jurisprudence course, the jurisprudence course which adapts to the development of police colleges is constructed and perfected.
