中高职学生思政管理的研究和实践

Research and Practice of Ideological and Political Management of Secondary and Higher Vocational College Students

随着社会经济的快速发展,新课标改革不断深入,在我国职教体系中,中职与高职不同阶段与层次的教育体系间相互联系与独立。近些年,职业教育发展速度非常快,进入高职继续学习的中职毕业生日益增多,进入社会工作的职教学生人数也在不断增加。同时,不可避免地出现了很多问题备受社会关注,比如九江职业大学宿舍凶杀案、全能神教徒在学校发展信徒等事件,中高职学生思政教育问题必须要引起人们的重视[1]。在分析加强中高职学生思政管理重要性的基础上,分析了目前思政教育现状,提出了应对策略及加强思政实践教学的意义,希望对我国中高职思政教育管理有所帮助。

With the rapid development of social economy the new curriculum reform is deepening In our vocational education system, different stages and levels of secondary and higher vocational education keep connected and independent. In the recent years, the development of vocational education develops fast, and the number of secondary vocational school graduates who enter into higher vocational education is increasing, so is the number of vocational education graduates who get employed in the society. At the same time, there are inevitably a lot of issues of social concern such as the dormitory homicide in Jiujiang Vocational University, followers of Almighty God cultivating believers and other events,vocational college students’ ideological and political education must arouse people’s attention. Based on the analysis of the importance of strengthening the vocational students, ideological and political education, this pa-per analyses the current situation of ideological and political education, and puts forward the countermeasures and significance of strengthening the ideological and political practice teaching in an effort to benefit our country’s ideological and political education work in the secondary and higher vocational education management.
