摘要
文章综合运用可持续发展交通、低碳交通及绿色循环交通等相关理论,结合绿色交通运输发展特征、内涵与影响因子,基于"压力(Pressure)—状态(State)—响应(Response)"模型框架,构建了绿色交通运输发展评价指标体系,并使用AHP法和综合评价法对江西省绿色交通运输发展评价进行了实例研究。结果表明,江西省在经历了"十二五"时期五年的发展历程后,交通运输发展的压力指数和状态指数均处于理想状态,响应指数从"十一五"期末的起步阶段发展到"十二五"期末的良好阶段,综合指数结果为良好。
Sustainable development of the integrated use of traffic,low carbon and green loop traffic related theory,combinedwith the feature of green transportation development,connotation and impact factors. Based on the Pressure- State -Response model framework,build the evaluation index system of green transportation development. And uses the AHP methodand the comprehensive evaluation method to assess the green transportation development in Jiangxi province. The resultsshow that,Jiangxi province after the 12th five-year period after the development course of five years. Transportation developmentstate of pressure index and the index in the ideal state,the response index developed from the early stage of“eleventhfive-year plan”to the“twelfth five-year”good stage of the final composite index for good results.
