农村公路养护与管理中存在的问题及对策

AProblems and Countermeasures in the Maintenance and Management of Rural Roads

由于农村公路分布范围较广,且大部分公路都位于经济较为落后的区域内,从而导致存在很多管理不善的现象。文章对农村公路养护工作中存在的问题,如管理主体不明确、管理制度不健全、群众缺乏保护意识、资金投入不到位等问题进行了阐述,并针对性的提出了应对策略,以期为农村公路养护及管理提供参考。

Due to the wide distribution of rural roads and the fact that most of the highways are located in the more economically backward areas,there are many phenomena of mismanagement. This article elaborates on the problems such as the unclear management body,the imperfect management system,the lack of protection consciousness and the inadequate capital investment in the rural road maintenance work, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the rural road maintenance and management reference.
