复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染效果及安全性分析

Efficacy and safety of compound lactobacillus acidophilus combined with quadruple therapy on helicobacter pylori infection

目的分析应用复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的临床效果以及安全性。方法选择2014-03~2016-09该院诊治的224例Hp感染患者,随机分为两组。对照组112例患者实施四联疗法根除Hp,之后应用奥美拉唑抑酸治疗。观察组112例患者在上述治疗的基础上应用复方嗜酸乳杆菌片实施治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、临床症状评分、Hp根除率以及药物不良反应发生率。结果观察组痊愈52例,有效54例,无效6例。对照组痊愈42例,有效46例,无效24例。观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后临床症状积分均比治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组的积分下降较对照组更加明显(P<0.05)。观察组药品不良反应(adverse drug reaction,ADR)的发生率为3.6%,对照组为17.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Hp根除率为92.9%,对照组为85.7%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Hp感染患者应用复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合四联疗法治疗的临床效果显著,安全性高,症状积分明显下降,有效降低了ADR发生率。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of compound lactobacillus acidophilus combined with quadruple therapy on helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection.Methods Two hundred and twenty-four patients with Hp infection were collected from March 2014 to September 2016 and were divided into two groups. The control group（n=112） received a quadruple therapy to eradicate Hp, after the application of omeprazole acid treatment; the observation group（n=112） was treated with compound lactobacillus acidophilus plus the same treatment as the control group. The clinical effect, Hp eradication rate and adverse drug reactions（ADR） were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group, 52 cases were cured, 54 cases effective and 6 cases ineffective. In the control group, 42 cases were cured, 46 cases effective and 24 cases ineffective. The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Compared with those before treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms in both of the two groups were lower after treatment（P〈0.05）, but the scores of the observation group were low more obviously than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of ADR in the observation group（3.6%） was significantly lower than that in the control group（17.9%）（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the eradication rate of Hp between the observation group（92.9%） and the control group（85.7%）（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Compound lactobacillus acidophilus combined with quadruple therapy is safe and effective in the treatment of Hp infection.
