针对农用装载机铰接设计主要是参照经验设计、没有标准的设计流程和设计思路的现状,建立了铰接系统力学模型,并对不同力学模型进行力学分析,比较不同力学模型下铰接系统的受力情况,得出两种铰接方式下的受力特点,为农用装载机铰接系统的设计与应用提供指导和参考依据。

The design of the hinged mode of the agricultural loader is mainly based on the experience design.There is no standard design flow and design idea.This paper establishes and analyzes the mechanical model of the hinge system,compares the stress of the hinged system under different mechanical models,obtains the stress characteristics of the two kinds of hinged mode.This provides the guidance and reference for the design and application of the hinged mode of agricultural loade.
