摘要
国际化已逐渐成为各国MBA人才培养体系中不可或缺的一部分。本文以上海财经大学商学院MBA项目国际化人才培养实践为例,分析MBA国际化人才培养的内涵与模式,剖析MBA国际化中的问题与创新,探讨MBA国际化人才培养的新思路。
Internationalization has been a significant part of MBA education worldwide.This paper analyzes the essence and pattern of the internationalization of MBA education through the case of Shanghai university of Finance and Economics.It explores the issues and innovation in the internationalization of MBA education,aiming to figure out the new path for the internationalization of MBA education.
