摘要
针对线材弯曲成型所存在的回弹问题,本文基于DEFORM软件,对梅花骨金属焊丝盘线材弯曲回弹进行分析。建立了金属焊丝盘线材4个部位的模型,对回弹量数据进行分析,提取模拟分析中线材的坐标,并通过坐标变换,计算回弹量的大小。计算结果表明,通过模型a,c和d弯曲回弹后的坐标变化,得其回弹角分别为0.132°,4.103°,2.825°,由于模型a的回弹量较小,可以忽略不计。该研究为模具的进一步优化提供了理论依据。
In view of the quality problems of wire bending forming precision, based on the DEFORM software, this paper provides analysis on the plum blossom bone metal wire reel wire bending springback. The four parts of metal wire reel wires set up four models, and we analyze the springback amount. Through extracting the co-ordinates of wire rod in the simulation analysis and through coordinate transformation, calculate the size of the springback amount. Calculation results show that, through the coordinate changes for the model a, c and d bending springback, the springback Angles are a = 0. 132°, 4. 103°, 2. 825°, respectively. The springback a-mount of model is comparatively small and thus it can be negligible. The study provides a theoretical basis for further optimization of mold.
