摘要
采用电气石粉,并结合超声波、红外线、紫外线的方法去除某海上平台采油废水中的COD_(Cr),并对去除结果进行对比,得出电气石粉结合超声波处理的效果最佳。通过正交实验得到处理的最佳条件为:反应时间30min、电气石粉用量为5g,电气石粉粒径为150μm、废水pH值为9,此时COD_(Cr)去除率高达81.84%,海上平台采油废水的COD_(Cr)降至56.53mg/L。
This paper has studied the treatment effect of CODc 8 in offshore platforms waste water by tourmaline powder combined with ultrasonic wave or infrared ray or ultraviolet ray, the results showed that the best effect of treatment was to use tourmaline powder and ultrasonic wave. The best experimental results were obtained by orthogonal test. The best treatment conditions were treatment time is 30 min] the dosage of tourmaline powder is 5g] the size of tourmaline powder is 150!m] pH value of offshore platforms waste water is 9] the CODcr of offshore platforms waste water was reduced to 56.53 mg/ L, and the cleaning rate reached 81.84%.
