On a Human Community of Shared Destiny from the Perspective of “Peace Cooperation”

"人类命运共同体"理念的提出,促进了国际关系理论从"实然"向"应然"的飞跃。构建人类命运共同体的中国方案:政治上倡导新义利观,安全上倡导新秩序观,经济上倡导新发展观,文化上倡导新共生观,生态上倡导新自然观。构建人类命运共同体的现实路径:以理论创新与交流,促进全球治理理念的形成,以规则创新与竞争,促进共赢共享机制的形成,以行动创新与示范,促进国际"心灵"交往的形成。

The concept "a human community of shared destiny "has pushed the theoretical leap of international relations from the "reality "to the "ideal". For the construction of a human community of shared destiny in China,the new concept of morality and interests,the new concept of order,the new concept of development,the new concept of symbiosis and the new concept of nature are advocated respectively in politics,security,economy,culture and ecology. The realistic approach to a human community of shared destiny is to promote the formation of global governance concept by theoretical innovation and communication,promote the formation of w in-w in mechanism by rule innovation and competition and promote the formation of international "spiritual intercourse"by action,innovation and demonstration.
