摘要 [目的]为推进桂单0811在广西的大面积推广种植和应用提供科学依据。[方法]以桂单0811为供试材料,采用416-B回归最优设计,分别于2015上半年和2015下半年试验种植两季,研究玉米新品种桂单0811产量与氮、磷、钾肥施用量及种植密度4因素的关系,建立产量的肥密方程,分析各因素对桂单0811产量影响的主效应及互作效应。[结果]4个因素变化的效应曲线均为抛物线,对桂单0811产量的影响由大到小依次为种植密度、氮肥施用量、磷肥施用量、钾肥施用量;通过对回归模型的分析,筛选确定了桂单0811实现产量高于9 300 kg/hm^2的密度与肥料耦合优化技术方案,合理种植密度为69 321~90 000株/hm^2,适宜纯氮、磷和钾施用量分别为112.50~186.60、37.50~62.25、93.75~155.55 kg/hm^2。[结论]桂单0811较耐密,密度在75 000、81 000、87 000、93 000株/hm^2时产量差异不显著,但考虑到广西玉米的生产条件,在大面积推广示范中推荐采用63 000~69 000株/hm^2的种植密度。 [ Objective] To provide scientific basis for the large-area planting ad application of Guidan 0811 in Guangxi. [Method] With Guidan0811 as the test materials,416-B? regression optimum design was adopted. Guidan 0811 was planted in spring and autumn 2015,so as to research the relationship between yield of Guidan 0811 and N,P and K dosage and planting density. The fertilizer and density equation were established; and the main effect and interaction effect of the four factors on yield were analyzed. [ Result] All the 4 factors performed upward parabolic change, and their influences on Guidan 0811 yield of in the two seasons from big to small were in the order of density,N fertilizer,P fertilizer and K fertil-izer. Analysis of regression model showed that the optimum planting density was 69321 -90000 plants/hm2 and N , P and IKertilizer levels were112.50 -186.60,37.50 -62.25 and 93. 75 - 155. 55 kg/hm2 Respectively. [Conclusion] Guidan 0811 is tolerant to high density planting, andthere is not significant differences in yield among the densities of 75 000,81 000,87 000 and 93 000 plants/ing condition of com in Guangxi,the dnsity of 63 000 -69 000 plants/hm2 was recommended demonstration.
