摘要 针对大型合成孔径雷达(SAR)载荷外挂的卫星载荷传力路径不直接、安装点载荷集中复杂的难点,提出一种"板筒式+加强梁组合式"主承力结构。国内首颗大型SAR载荷外挂的卫星——高分三号(GF-3)卫星,以板筒式结构为基础,通过在SAR载荷压紧安装点间布置贯穿星体的6根加强梁以及舱板布局设计,解决了SAR载荷无法直接安装于主承力构架带来的整星纵向频率偏低、载荷安装点应力集中等设计难题。 To the difficulties of satellite structure with external large SAR payload,indirect pay-load path and concentrated complicated force in mounting interface,a main bearing structure with combination of panel-cylinder and internal reinforcing was proposed.Based on panel-cylinder structure platform,the structure of GF-3 satellite domestic first external large SAR satellite in China was improved to meet the requirement by laying six run-through beams and rational panel layout.The beams are placed in pressing mounting points of SAR payload.The difficulties owing to indirect mounting of SAR payload were solved,including the low lognitudinal frequency,con-centrated stress of mounting points and so on.
