摘要
高分三号(GF-3)卫星具有的全天时、全天候、多模式观测能力,既能够采用宽幅成像模式获取台风风场、台风路径的信息,也能够采用高分辨率模式在极端气候条件下对台风登陆区域进行精细观测,可以为台风监测、预报及台风灾害评估提供有效数据支撑。文章介绍了2017年7月以来,国家卫星海洋应用中心首次利用高分三号卫星对中国附近海域台风进行监测情况。论述了台风监测流程及台风监测专题产品生产方法,可为今后雷达卫星台风监测提供参考。
GF-3 satellite can not only obtain typhoon wind field and path information using wide swath imaging mode,but also can observe typhoon landed area using high resolution imaging model in extreme weather conditions,for it is made with all-time all-weather,multiple mode ob-serving ability.Therefore GF-3 satellite can provide effective data for monitoring,forecasting and assessing typhoon.A work is first presented in this paper,that GF-3 satellite is used to monitor typhoon by the National Satellite Ocean Application Service (NSOAS)since July 2017.The workflow of this work and processing method of typhoon wind field products is also described, which can provide reference for the future monitoring typhoon through radar satellites.
