多元社会背景下我国协商民主模式探析

Simple Exploration and Analysis of Our National Deliberative Democracy Pattern under the Background of Plural Society

协商民主理论是20世纪80年代由西方政治思想家提出来的一种民主理论,经过四十多年的发展,大批政治思想家加入其中并开始深入对协商民主理论与实践的研究。因此,基于我国多元社会的背景,对我国基层协商民主模式进行探析,根据我国历史发展几十年的民主协商经验,以政党制度作为制度实践,以十九大提出的关于协商民主的具体论述为依托,具体分析我国实行协商民主的重要性以及协商民主的内在要求和发展策略。

Deliberative Democracy theory is the democratic theory came up by western political thinkers in the 1980 s.With the 40-year development of it,many more political thinkers are joining in and beginning to study Deliberative Democracy indepth.According to the experience of several ten years of democratic consultation in the history of our country,the article regards the political party system as the system practice.Based on the concrete statement on consultative democracy put forward by 19 th CPC National Congress,this paper analyzes the importance of implementing deliberative democracy in China,as well as the internal requirements and development strategies of deliberative democracy.
