产业转型升级拉开了一场经济与社会结构的变革。随着这场变革,各行各业对劳动力市场的需求从"数量型"发展为"质量型"。如何完成新的人才观下人口红利的转变,职业教育的作用不容忽视。构建以人为本的产业体系,以实践行动来加强职业教育与产业升级发展的匹配性具有重要意义。本文从商丘市产业结构转型升级的实际情况出发,研究高职教育与经济产业发展的协调问题,这不仅对提高职业教育内涵发展有利,而且有利于提高专业建设对经济社会发展的契合度、依存度、贡献度;还对职业院校服务区域经济能力、促进二者的和谐发展有着重要的理论意义和实践价值。

Industrial restructuring and upgrading opened an economic and social structure changes.With this change,all walks of life to the needs of the labour market changed from "quantity-oriented"to"quality".The role of vocational education should not be ignored on how to complete the demographic dividend under the talent changes.It is very important to construct the people-oriented industrial system and enhance the development matching between vocational education and industrial upgrading through practical actions.Based on the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure of reality,Shangqiu city researches coordination problems of high vocational education and economic development,which will not only improve the vocational education connotation development but also promote the harmonious development of vocational education and industrial upgrading.
