摘要
针对汽车空气压缩机系统产生的热量,结合汽车结构特点和使用燃料性质,设计一套能量转换装置,将这部分释放掉的热量进行转换回收利用,以便汽车在低温和严寒环境下工作时,将空气压缩机系统产生的热量转换给燃油供给系统,改善汽车在特殊环境下的使用可靠性,同时能促进燃油在发动机内部充分燃烧,降低废气物排放,提高汽车动力性和燃油经济性,达到节能减排的效果.
The article analyzes the heat generated by the automobile air compressor system.Combined with the automobile structure characteristics and the use of fuel properties,an energy conversion device is designed which will release the heat conversion of recycling,so that the car can work at low temperature and cold environment to transfer the heat produced by the air compressor system to fuel supply system.In this way the reliability of the vehicle in the special environment is improved.At the same time,it can promote the full combustion of fuel in the engine,reduce the emission of exhaust gas,improve the vehicle power and fuel economy,and finally achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
