摘要
针对全域永久基本农田划定问题,分析土地城镇化增长矛盾,通过种子扩充算法进行保护片区的自动搜索,利用神经网络进行保护压力风险预警。基于C~#和ArcEngine技术将多种空间数据挖掘模型进行整合,实现了面向全域永久基本农田划定及审图的软件系统。通过广东省高要区金利镇应用表明,该系统能促进全域永久基本农田划定工作更加科学客观,进一步提高国土资源管理"让数据说话"的能力。
A software was designed for demarcating the permanent prime farmland based on the data mining methodology, such as cellular automata, seed search algorithm, artifical neural network and so on. All of the models were developed with C# and Arc Engine 10.1 comments. Case study in Jinli Town, Guangdong Province demonstrates that this software can provide a more objective patterns for permanent prime farmland zoning, which also improve the ability to "let the data speak " for land and resource management.
