产业背景下地方高校动画设计人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Animation Design Talents in Local Colleges and Universities under Industrial Background

在动画产业快速发展背景之下,优秀的动画人才缺乏,导致其与产业需求之间出现供求矛盾。作为动画人才培养的地方高校应采取相应措施来改善,从企业人才需求角度出发培养动画人才。改革动画设计教育的人才培养模式,将动画课程与高等教育学理论结合,着力于个性化动画设计人才培养与课程讨论。围绕课程设置、教师、学生、教学方式等探讨动画设计人才培养之新模式,培养出技能型动画设计人才,为产业发展提供支持。

Under the background of rapid development of animation industry, the lack of excellent animation talents leads to the contradiction between supply and demand. Local colleges and universities should take corresponding measures to cultivate animation talents, such as reforming the talent training mode of animation design education, combining animation course with higher education theory, and focusing on personalized animation design talents training and curriculum discussion. Centering around the curriculum, both teachers and students are supposed to explore the new model of animation design personnel training to provide support for industrial development.
