摘要
SAGD即蒸汽辅助重力泄油技术,是一种连续的、能有效提高稠油采收率的开采技术。新疆油砂矿共有SAGD井3对,每对井组产液量在100m3/d左右,产液量较大。SAGD循环预热采出液含油6%~15%,含泥量约5%~10%,乳化液性质稳定。从循环液的物性特点出发,室内筛选出处理效果较好的净水剂应用于现场试验,结果表明以耐温净水剂配合助凝剂处理SAGD循环液,除油效率高,净化污水澄清透亮,各项指标满足回掺水质要求,形成了相关预处理工艺,介绍了正在进行的SAGD循环液现场工业化试验,为其他区块SAGD循环液处理站的建设提供基础数据和技术支持。
SAGD is a steam assisted gravity drainage technique. It is a continuous mining technology that can ef-fectively increase recovery of heavy oil. There are 3 pairs of SAGD wells in Xinjiang oil sand mine. The produc-tion rate of each pair of wells is about 100 m3/d. SAGD cyclic preheating fluid contains 6% ~ 15% oil. The mudcontent is about 5%~10%. Emulsions are stable in nature. In this paper, starting from the physical properties ofcirculating liquid, the water purifying agent with good treatment effect was selected and applied to field test. Theresults showed that the SAGD liquid was treated with temperature resisting water purifying agent and coagulantaid, and the oil removal efficiency was good. The oil removal efficiency is good, and the purified sewage is clari-fied. The indexes meet the requirements of recycled water quality. Relevant pretreatment process has beenformed. The field industrialization test of SAGD circulating liquid is introduced, which provides basic data andtechnical supports for the construction of SAGD circulating liquid treatment station in other oil fields.
