傣族药用植物竹叶兰中联苄和菲类成分研究(英文) 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究傣药竹叶兰联苄和菲类的化学成分.方法竹叶兰全草溶剂提取、硅胶柱层析和Sephadex LH-20柱层析进行分离纯化,波谱分析(核磁共振氢谱和碳谱)确定结构.结果从该药用植物分离并鉴定了11个联苄和菲类化合物,分别为:batatasin III(1),arundinanin(2),2,8-dihydroxy-4,7-dimethoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene(3),shancidin(4),arundinan(5),isoshancidin(6),erianthridin(7),lusianthridin(8),eulophiol(9),flavanthrin(10),orchinol(11).结论化合物3,7,9为首次从本植物中分离得到. Objective To study the bibenzyls and phenanthrenes from Arundina graminifolia.Methods The compounds were extracted by 95% alcohol and isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20.Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis(1 H NMR and13 CNMR).Results Eleven compouds were obtained and identified as batatasin III(1),arundinanin(2),2,8-dihydroxy-4,7-dimethoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene(3),shancidin(4),arundinan(5),isoshancidin(6),erianthridin(7),lusianthridin(8),eulophiol(9),flavanthrin(10),orchinol(11).Conclus ion Compounds 3,7,9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
