云南省宜良县农村老年人睡眠质量及影响因素

Sleeping Quality and Influencing Factors of the Elderly in Yiliang County,Yunnan Province

目的分析云南省宜良县老年人睡眠质量现状及其影响因素.方法采取采用分层随机抽样的方法抽取宜良县≥60岁的老年人作为调查对象,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)了解老年人睡眠质量情况,采用多因素Logistic回归方法分析老年人睡眠质量的影响因素.结果云南省宜良县农村≥60岁老年人PSQI总分平均分为(4.81±3.546)分,睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物和日间功能7个成分的得分分别为(0.93±0.812)分、(0.80±0.993)分、(0.79±1.123)分、(0.87±1.179)分、(0.84±0.512)分、(0.03±0.220)分、(0.55±0.618)分.老年人的睡眠障碍平均发生率22.5%,其中男性17.1%,女性27.2%.女性、少数民族、年龄较大者和独居老年人出现睡眠障碍的可能性越大(P<0.01).结论应加强对女性、少数民族和独居老年人的健康宣教,改善其睡眠质量,提高生活质量.

Objective To analyze the sleeping quality status and its influencing factors of elderly people inYiliang county of Yunnan province. Methods Stratified random sampling method was used to select the samplesfrom people over 60 years in Yiliang county. The Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale （Pittsburgh sleep gualityindexPSQI ） was used to evaluate the sleeping quality of the elderly. Multivariable logistic regression method was used toanalyze the sleeping quality and influencing factors in the elderly. Results The average PSQI score of the elderlyover 60 in rural area of Yiliang county of Yunnan province was 4.81±3.546. The Subjective Sleep Quality, SleepLatency,Sleep Duration,Habitual Sleep Efficiency,Sleep Disturbances,Use of Sleep Medications and DaytimeDysfunction scores were（0.93±0.812）, （0.80±0.993）, （0.79±1.123）, （0.87±1.179）, （0.84±0.512）, （0.03±0.220） and （0.55±0.618 ）,respectively. The average incidence of sleeping disorders in theelderly was 22.5% in all enrolled people,17.1% in men and 27.2% in women. Women, minorities, and elderlypeople living alone were more likely to have sleep disorders （ P〈 0.01） .Conclusion We should strengthen the health education of women, minorities and elderly people living alone to improve their sleep quality and improve theirquality of life.
