摘要
目的分析绝经后2型糖尿病患者血清甲状旁腺素、25羟维生素D、骨代谢标志物的变化情况,探讨上述指标变化及骨密度的相关性.方法选取2015年3月至2017年3月期间昆明医科大学附属延安医院收治的180例处于绝经后期的2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行骨密度水平检测,将82例骨密度正常的患者归为对照组,将98例骨密度减少的患者归为实验组,检测患者的血清甲状旁腺素、25羟维生素D及骨代谢标志物,分析其与骨密度的相关性.结果骨密度均值与PTH、25羟维生素D、N-MID-OT、T-P1NP呈正相关(P<0.05),但骨密度与β-CTX及年龄呈负相关(P<0.05).结论患有2型糖尿病的女性患者,处于绝经后期易发生骨量流失甚至骨质疏松,且与25羟维生素D及骨代谢标志物具有一定的相关性.
Objective To analyze the changes of serum parathyroid hormone, 25 hydroxy vitamin D and bonemetabolic markers in postmenopausal type 2 diabetic patients, and to explore the correlation between the changes ofthe above indexes and bone mineral density. Methods From March 2015 to 2017 in our hospital 180 cases ofpostmenopausal patients with type 2 diabetes were as the research object, all the patients underwent measurement ofbone mineral density level, 82 cases of normal bone density patients were divided into control group, 98 cases ofpatients with reduced bone mineral density as the experimental group, serum parathyroid in essence, 25 hydroxyvitamin D and bone metabolic markers, and analyzed its correlation with bone mineral density. Results The meanbone mineral density was positively correlated with PTH, 25 hydroxyvitaminD, N-MID-OT, T-P1NP, butBMD was negatively correlated with beta -CTX and age. Conclusion Female patients with type 2 diabetes areprone to bone loss and even osteoporosis in postmenopausal period, and have certain correlation with 25hydroxyvitamin D and bone metabolic markers.
