胃癌患者营养状况与瘦素、NF-κ B的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨胃癌营养状况与瘦素、NF-κ B的关系.方法运用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对胃癌术前患者(40例)、健康体检者(30例)瘦素、NF-κ B水平进行检测,结合临床及病理资料,将上述指标与胃癌患者营养状况的关系进行分析.结果与健康对照组相比,有营养风险胃癌组瘦素表达水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NF-κ B p65表达水平在各组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);基于胃癌患者、有营养风险胃癌患者不同性别、病理类型、临床分期的分析中,瘦素、NF-κ B p65表达水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论瘦素与胃癌患者营养状况有关,与性别、病理类型、临床分期无关;瘦素可作为早期诊断胃癌营养不良的参考指标. Objective To explore the correlation between nutrition status of patients with gastric cancer andleptin, NF-κB. Methods We applied enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA ) to determine serum leptinand NF-κB p65 level of gastric cancer group (40) and control group (30) . We analyzed the relationshipbetween nutrition status of patients with gastric cancer and them combined with clinical and pathological data.Results The expression levels of serum leptin of gastric cancer group and gastric cancer group of nutritional risk weresignificantly lower than that of control group ( P〈 0.05) .The horizontal differentiation of NF-κB p65 of the groupswas not statistically significant (P 〉0.05 ) . The expression levels of serum leptin and NF-κB p65 of patients withgastric cancer with different genders, pathological patterns and clinical stages were not statistical significant ( P〉0.05) . Conclusions Leptin is related with occurrence of malnutrition with patients with gastric cancer. It can beused to assist the determination of nutritional status of patients with gastric cancer.
