腰骶角与腰椎退变性疾病发病年龄的相关性

Relationship between Lumbosacral Angle and the Happening Age of Lumbar Vertebra Degradation Disease

目的探究腰骶角与腰椎退行性疾病发病年龄的相关性.方法将2013年1月至2016年1月在云南省中医院骨科就诊诊断为腰椎退行性疾病且符合纳入标准的400例患者纳入研究,采用改良Ferguson测量法测量各患者的腰骶角;按照年龄将400例患者分为中青年组(18~39)岁,中年组(40~59)岁,老年组(60~75)岁,测量各组患者最大腰骶角、最小腰骶角、平均腰骶角水平(x±s);观察腰骶角水平与腰椎退行性疾病发病年龄的相关性.结果中青年组(≥18、<40岁)、中年组(≥40、<60岁)、老年组(≥60、≤75岁)3组,3组间腰骶角水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论腰骶角过大可能是诱发中青年患者(18~40岁)腰椎退行性疾病过早发生的主要原因,对于中老年患者来说腰骶角与腰椎退行性疾病发生的相关性可能并不密切.

Objective To investigate the relationship between lumbosacral angle and the happening age oflumbar vertebra degradation disease. Methods From January.2013 to January.2016 we selected 400 patientsdiagnosed as lumbar vertebra degradation disease in the traumatology-orthopedic department in TCM hospital ofYunnan. We measured the lumbosacral angle by Ferguson way. And divided them into 6 groups according to theirages, each group was measured the maximum and minimum lumbosacral angle and average lumbosacral angle（X±S） . Results The difference between A and B was not significant（P 〉0.05）, the difference between B andCwas significant（P 〈0.01） ,the difference betweenC and D was not significant（P 〉0.05）, the difference betweenD andE was significant（P 〈0.01）, the difference between D and F was not significant（P 〉0.05） . We furtherdivided them into 3 groups namely mid-young group mid-age group and senile group, the differences between3groups was significant（P 〈0.01） . Conclusion The bigger lumbosacral angle may be the main reason forhappening of lumbar vertebra degradation disease in the mid-young patients, the relationship between lumbosacralangle and happening of lumbar vertebra degradation disease may be not close.
