摘要
脊髓损伤是常见的中枢神经系统损伤,具有发病率高、死亡率高、致残率高的特点,造成患者肢体运动、感觉、反射等功能缺失,给个人和社会带来严重的打击及负担.电刺激是临床上治疗脊髓损伤实现脊髓再生重建的有效办法,但其面临有痛、有创、穿透力低等诸多的缺点,目前一种新的治疗方法——磁刺激利用神经生理学技术,在临床上能改善脊髓损伤功能,且以诸多特点优于电刺激,更易被患者接受,临床上有广阔的应用前景,进而引起医学界极大的研究兴趣及关注.
Spinal cord injury (SCI ) is a common injury of the central nervous system with a highmorbidity, mortality and disability rate, often results in dysfunction of the patients in movement, sensory andreflex. SCI brings the heavy burden on the patient, his family and the society in mental and economic aspects.Electrical stimulation therapy is an effective way in clinic which can heal spinal cord injury and get the spinal cordregenerated and reconstructed. It also has such disadvantages as painfulness, invasion and low penetration rate. Nowa new treatment strategy - magnetic stimulation using neurophysiological principles can improve the clinical functionof the injured spinal cord and has many advantages over electrical stimulation. As the magnetic stimulation is moreacceptable to patients, it has the broad prospects in clinical application and draws the great interest of research andconcern of the medical community.
