摘要 目的探讨基于数据库的CBL教学法在医学统计学用的应用.方法实验组学生采用基于数据库的案例教学法,对照组学生采用案例教学法.用定量分析和定性分析对结果进行评估.定量分析对成绩进行比较,定性分析用调查问卷对学生的学习兴趣和主动性进行调查并比较.结果实验组学生的成绩、学习兴趣和学习的主动性均高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论基于数据库的CBL教学法能提高学生的学习兴趣和学习主动性,能更好的培养学生解决实际问题的能力. Objective To observe the effect of CBL method based on database in Health Statistics teaching.Methods CBL method based on database was used in experimental group;CBL method was used in control group.The results were evaluated by quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The examination scores,learning interestand learning initiative were compared between the two groups. Results The examination scores,learning interestand learning initiative of the experimental group were higher than the control group. Conclusion CBL method basedon database can improve the students learning interest and learning initiative in Health Statistics learning, and canhelp them to improve the ability of dealing with data.
