A Review of Foreign Studies on Smart City and Its Inspiration

论文以国外智慧城市建设的相关研究论文为数据源,借助java语言对该领域的相关关键词进行词频统计,分析了智慧城市的概念和内涵以及构成要素,归纳了国外一些智慧城市建设的案例,在此基础上讨论了智慧城市建设中的技术手段,最后提出了对我国新型城镇化与信息化融合进程的启示。

This paper takes the international research papers in smart city as the data source to extract the high frequency key words with the help of Java language. It analyzes the concept, connotation and components of the smart city and sums up some cases of foreign smart cities development. Also, it discusses the technological means in building a smart city. Finally, the suggestions on the integration process of new urbanization and informationization in China are given.
