摘要
[目的/意义]构建大学生情报素养评价体系,定量评估大学生情报素养,为高校开展大学生的情报素养教育提供依据和重要参考。[方法/过程]以属性识别理论为基础,建立基于情报理论知识、情报获取能力、情报分析能力、情报伦理的评价模型,通过属性测度计算公式,用置信度准则进行属性识别,并根据识别得分,以确认和解决情报素质评价中定性描述的度量问题。[结果/结论 ]大学生情报意识普遍较差,其整体情报素养刚刚及格,需要引起高校和相关情报部门的重视。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to build the evaluation system of university students' information literacy,and evaluate their information literacy quantitatively,so as to provide the basis and important reference for university to carry out university students' information literacy education.[Method/process]The paper uses the attribute recognition theory as the basis,establishes an evaluation model based on information theory knowledge,intelligence acquisition ability,intelligence analysis ability and intelligence ethics,and identifies attribute with the attribute measure formula and confidence criterion,and then confirms and solves the measurement problem of qualitative description in the intelligence quality evaluation according to the identification score.[Result/conclusion]The university students have weak awareness of intelligence,and their overall information literacy has just passed,which requires the attention of universities and relevant intelligence departments.
