大数据时代高校图书馆复合型馆员的素质定位与培养研究

Quality Orientation and Cultivation of Inter-disciplinary Librarian of University Library in the Era of Big Data

[目的/意义]研究大数据时代高校图书馆复合型馆员的素质定位与培养。[方法/过程]分析大数据时代高校图书馆员的能力局限,论述培养复合型馆员的必要性,明确复合型馆员的素质定位,包括文化知识素质、职业道德素质与信息管理素质3个方面。[结果/结论]提出从明确岗位职能要求、建立职业能力培养体系、加强知识结构调整等方面,探索复合型馆员培养。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to study quality orientation and cultivation of inter-disciplinary librarians of university libraries in the era of big data.[Method/process]The paper analyzes the limitation of university librarians＇ ability in the ear of big data,expounds the necessity of cultivating inter-disciplinary librarians,and clarifies their quality orientations which include cultural knowledge quality,professional ethics quality and information management quality.[Result/conclusion]It puts forward to cultivate inter-disciplinary librarians from the aspects of clarifying job requirements,establishing vocational training system and strengthening the adjustment of knowledge structure.
